Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 2, 2026
1. Overview
Kingly Anointing (kinglyanointing.com) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to provide you with the best experience:
- Browser language preference — used to suggest the appropriate language version of the site.
- Accessibility settings — your preferences for high contrast mode and text size, stored as cookies on your device.
If you sign up to receive devotional updates, we collect the email address you provide. This is used solely to send you devotional content and a free ebook. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
3. Cookies
We use cookies solely for storing your accessibility preferences:
- high-contrast — remembers whether you have enabled high contrast mode.
- text-size — remembers your preferred text size setting.
These cookies are functional only and are not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. You can clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
4. Analytics and Tracking
We do not currently use any analytics or tracking tools on this site. We do not track your browsing behavior, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
The site relies on the following third-party services to deliver content:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of its infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — content storage and delivery. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- YouTube API Services — we use the YouTube API to upload devotional videos and translated subtitle tracks on behalf of our ministry. Our use of the YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. When you play a YouTube video embedded on our site, YouTube may set cookies and collect data per Google's policies. We do not access, collect, or store any YouTube user data. Videos are uploaded to our own YouTube channel only.
- Amazon Web Services — image hosting via CloudFront CDN, and email delivery via SES for subscriber welcome emails.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. The only data processed is through the third-party infrastructure services listed above, which is necessary to deliver the site to your browser.
7. Children's Privacy
Kingly Anointing is suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other users. Since no personal data is collected, there is no risk of children's data being stored or processed.
8. GDPR and CCPA Compliance
Because we do not collect or store personal data, the scope of data subject rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is limited. However, we respect your rights:
- You have the right to know what data is collected — as described above, only functional cookies.
- You have the right to delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
- You have the right to browse the site without cookies; accessibility preferences will simply revert to defaults.
If we change our data practices in the future, we will update this policy and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
