Meditate On God's Word
Scripture
Joshua 1:8
Devotional
Meditation is more than being quiet and thinking. It means softly saying God’s Word again and again until it fills your heart. As you speak the Word, it becomes real to you. It begins to guide you and make you bolder.
That’s why God told Joshua to meditate on His Word day and night so he would prosper and make wise choices (Joshua 1:8). That instruction is for you too. The more you meditate and speak God’s Word, the more it guides you every day.
So, take time daily to study, speak, and think on God’s Word. As you do, it’ll shape you, strengthen your faith, and help you grow into the strong child God made you to be.
Prayer
All things are working for me, and I prosper in all that I do, because I’m blessed. Everywhere I go, I display God’s glory, blessing, and grace. Amen.
Salvation Prayer
O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. I believe He died for me and God raised Him from the dead. I believe He's alive today.
I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His Name, I have eternal life; I'm born again.
Thank you Lord, for saving my soul! I'm now a child of God. Hallelujah!
